Aninca Limited is a property management and maintenance business.

 

Our property management team will:

• Find tenants;

• ID and credit check tenants;

• Check tenants into and out of the property;

• Complete a full inventory check on lease commencement and cessation;

• Collect rent on your behalf (or tenants can pay the landlord directly and we will invoice the landlordord for our fees);

• Pay the deposit into the Deposit Protection Service and repay the tenant with appropriate and agreed deductions; and

• Undertake periodic checks on the property.

 

Our property maintenance team will:

• Deal with any repair and maintenance requirements including gas and electricity certification (we will agree with you when works will start, how long they will take and how much they will cost); and

• Provide details of all work undertaken with costs for your personal tax return.
